Shipping Fees:

• Wholesale Customers:  $9 + GST Flat Rate per Carton.

Order Processing Times:

• Orders placed before 12PM AEST on business days are shipped the same day 
• Orders placed after 12PM AEST will be shipped the next business day

Pre-Order Items:
If your order contains any preorder items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Delivery Times

We use Australia Post and reputable couriers such as Direct Freight Express, Aramex, Couriers Please, and others. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including natural events or increased postal demand.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (May not available on all products)

Please leave as much delivery information as possible;

• Opening hours.
• ATL at front door, near garage or undercover etc.
• Delivery contact name and mobile.
